The MK3 Supra stock air intake is quite restrictive. Try it yourself, remove the air filter filter while the engine is running and you will hear the RPM rise, at least until the ECU compensates for the increased airflow. While this effect is most easily observable at idle, it is much more detrimental at high-rpm, silently robbing you of power. Most puny aftermarket "cold air intakes" for the MK3 supra are even worse in this regard, the most popular 4 inch cone-style filters flow far worse than the stock airbox and filter. This 3D printed adapter allows the use of a 6" flange cone air filter directly on the factory 7MGTE Karman Vortex air flow meter, giving you maximum airflow while maintaining excellent filtration of particulates and dust. While you may use any 6' flange air filter, I have found that the truly massive K&N RF-1020 fits perfectly in the stock location with this setup. Keep in mind, you will need to use 4 M6 bolts to attach this adapter to the AFM housing. High underhood temperatures neccesitate that this part is printed in ASA, ABS, Nylon, or another temperature resistant material.
